AviLease, the global aircraft leasing company headquartered in Riyadh, today announced its H1 2026 financial results, reporting robust performance while continuing to advance its business strategy.
For the quarter ended 30th June 2026, AviLease recorded total revenues of $391m, an increase of 24% year-on-year, driven by disciplined portfolio management, strong aircraft remarketing and sustained global demand for new technology, fuel-efficient aircraft.
At the end of the quarter, AviLease’s portfolio stood at 199 owned and managed aircraft, leased to 51 airline customers across 31 countries, with a total asset value of $9.4bn. The company maintained 100% fleet utilization, underscoring the resilience of its platform and the strength of its airline relationships.
During Q2, AviLease acquired 4 new technology aircraft on long-term lease, this included an inaugural transaction with Riyadh Air for their first aircraft, a B787-9. AviLease closed the sales of 4 aircraft this quarter, a continuation of its strategy of optimising the portfolio.
In addition, there are 6 aircraft held for sale at the end of H1. AviLease signed lease contracts for 6 aircraft and has agreements in place for 6 additional aircraft to join the fleet.
